Do you take insurance?
I am currently out-of-network with insurance plans.


Can I still use my insurance?
Yes! I provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.


What is a superbill?
A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes all the information your insurance needs to process reimbursement.


How much will I get reimbursed?
This depends on your specific plan. Many clients receive partial reimbursement.


How do I check my benefits?
Call your insurance and ask:

  • Do I have out-of-network benefits for nutrition counseling? 
  • Are CPT codes 97802 and 97803 covered? 
  • What percentage is reimbursed? 
  • Do I need a referral? 


When do I pay?
Payment is due at the time of service. Insurance reimbursement (if applicable) is sent directly to you.


Do you guarantee reimbursement?
No, reimbursement depends on your individual insurance plan.
