Insurance and Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. I am currently an out-of-network provider, but I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Many clients receive partial reimbursement depending on their plan.
You can call your insurance and ask about out-of-network coverage for nutrition counseling (CPT codes 97802 and 97803).
