Dr. Jessica specializes in taking care of the whole family - providing care to pregnant women, babies, children, teenagers, moms, dads, and grandparents.

Together, the doulas of Mama's Friend has over 20 years experience in and around nursery, labor and delivery. They have attended hundreds of births and advocate for parents to know their options.

Mama's Friend practices evidence-based education and is centered on "go with the flow, but know your options" - they want all mamas (and dads) to feel informed, listened to and respected, and that their choices are supported throughout pregnancy, labor, delivery, and with a newborn. 

 Jordan Miles and Kendra Carnley believes that women should be the keepers of their own bodies - that with the right support and education, every woman has the ability to make the best decisions for herself and for her family. 

They believe that pregnancy, birth, and postpartum are some of the most important times in a woman’s life. And that each woman should have access to high quality care, with ample time for questions, conversations and education.

 Annika Suarez is the owner of Sunny Pediatric Services and is a speech-language pathologist, international board certified lactation consultant and certified infant massage instructor. She has specialized training in the following: Beckaman's Oral Motor Assessment & Intervention, Beckman's Deep Tissue Release, Assessment and Remediation of Tethered Oral Tissues (Tongue-Ties), Tummy Time!™ Method for Pre-crawling Babies, Early Language Intervention, and Infant Massage Instruction. Annika's passion is working with infants and toddlers with feeding, oral motor and language delays. 

Working with gentle precision, cranial sacral therapy is a light-touch, therapeutic massage that supports the body's nervous system, helping to release tension, restore balance, and encourage natural healing. Safe for all ages, it offers powerful support for expectant mothers, babies, and postpartum healing- while benefits individuals throughout the entire lifespan. Guided by the expertise of Jodi Lawson in Havana, Florida, this nurturing approach helps families and individuals feel regulated, supported, and deeply cared for. 

Meet Makayla Palmer!  If you’re expecting, whether it’s your first or your fifth, you may have lots of questions. At Restore, Makayla specialize in helping women prepare for birth and recover postpartum. With their birth prep sessions, we can help you manage pregnancy pains, bowel and bladder issues, and safely stay active throughout your pregnancy. She can also work with you to develop an individualized plan to teach you how to push during labor, reduce the risk of complications during birth (such as perineal tearing), and find comfortable labor and birth positions. She can also help those preparing for a VBAC.
